TODOFLOORING has finished installing and testing the new equipment, and we can now officially produce 125cm wide gym rubber rolls.
This marks a new step forward for us in rubber roll manufacturing. It will boost our production capacity and give customers more product options, so we can better meet demand at home and abroad for wide gym rubber rolls.
The 125cm wide rubber rolls work great for gym floors, strength training areas, functional training zones, and more. They're tough, slip-resistant, shock-absorbing, and eco-friendly — they protect the floor and make workouts safer. The wide format also means fewer seams during installation, so laying them down is faster and the finished floor looks better too.
Right now we make two kinds of gym rubber rolls:
• 980 kg/m3 gym rubber roll — rough surface with pores, better slip resistance
• 1100 kg/m3 gym rubber roll — smooth surface with tiny pores (almost none), better wear resistance
