Our Artificial Turf Topped Floor Tile is a smart solution designed specifically for functional training zones and sled tracks. With its flat bottom, this tile can be easily installed on almost any type of surface.
The 12mm curved artificial turf surface provides enhanced traction to reduce slipping, making it well-suited for high-intensity training and pushing movements. The high-density rubber base delivers outstanding stability and long-lasting durability, keeping the tile securely in place even during heavy use. Rather than using glue to attach the artificial turf to the rubber tile, we fuse them together during the manufacturing process. This approach not only boosts durability and eliminates glue-related odors, but also prevents the turf from peeling or separating over time. We have 5 styles available — black, gray, dark blue, light blue, and mixed green.

Is the artificial turf glued to the rubber mat?
No, the artificial turf is pressed directly onto the rubber tile during the manufacturing process, so the turf will not peel off in whole pieces.
Is installation easy? Does it require professional installation?
Relatively easy. Typically installed using glue. For permanent fixation or commercial gym applications, professional installation is recommended.
Do these tiles smell?
Unlike cheap alternatives, our product has no unpleasant odors, so you can use it indoors with complete peace of mind.
Can I customize sizes, colors, logos, or packaging?
Yes, we support customization of sizes, colors, surface logo and packaging. The MOQ will be calculated based on your specific requirements.
Why might the dimensions of rubber tiles vary slightly between summer and winter?
Rubber material naturally expands and contracts with temperature changes. Tiles may expand slightly in hot summer and contract in cold winter. This is a normal characteristic, and it is accommodated by leaving appropriate expansion gaps during installation.
