It offers the same glue-free installation and shock-absorbing waffle back pattern, but features an upgraded PVC top layer that is tougher, odor-free, and easy to maintain. You can choose between two attractive finishes—wood grain or marble grain—to suit different design needs.
The tile is made from recycled rubber and PVC using PU glue bonding. It has a two-layer build: a high-durability rubber granule base with a premium PVC surface on top. The waffle back design boosts shock absorption and provides built-in channels to hide equipment wiring, ensuring a tidy and professional look.
For added safety and a polished appearance, we also offer Ramp Edge & Corner System. This creates a raised border that transitions smoothly from the tile to the floor below, giving your gym a complete and integrated look.

How do you clean and maintain these tiles?
Regularly vacuum or wipe them with a damp cloth. Sweat marks can be cleaned with a diluted neutral pH cleaner. Avoid using strong acids or alkalis.
Do these rubber tiles have an odor?
Unlike some flooring options that give off strong smells, our rubber tiles are made from high-quality materials and have very low odor. Any slight smell will mostly disappear after a few days of airing out following installation, and it is not harmful.
Can you customize sizes, colors, logos, or packaging?
Yes, we offer customization for sizes, colors, surface logos, and packaging. The minimum order quantity will be determined based on your specific needs.
Why might the size of rubber tiles change slightly between summer and winter?
Rubber naturally expands and contracts with temperature fluctuations. In hot summer weather, the tiles may expand a little; in cold winter, they may shrink slightly. This is a normal property of the material, and it is managed by leaving appropriate expansion gaps during installation.
