Different from traditional two-layer rubber tiles with fragile fine-particle surfaces, our kindergarten-grade rubber tiles feature an integrated full coarse granule structure. The entire tile is composed of 1–3 mesh uniform rubber granules, which completely solves common industry pain points such as surface peeling, layer separation and rapid wear. Produced with mature hot vulcanization technology, each tile boasts high density, strong compression resistance and outstanding wear resistance, supporting years of high-frequency use in busy kindergartens.
Besides safety and durability, our rubber flooring requires minimal daily upkeep. The breathable and drainable granular structure prevents mold growth and bacterial accumulation. Staff can clean the surface effortlessly with water or simple detergent, greatly reducing daily cleaning pressure for educational institutions.

How do I clean and maintain the rubber tiles?
The tiles require extremely low daily maintenance. The porous coarse particle structure drains water quickly and prevents mold growth. Daily cleaning only needs water flushing or simple mopping. Stubborn stains can be cleaned with mild neutral detergent without special complicated upkeep.
Will the coarse granular surface accumulate ponding after raining?
No. The natural gaps between 1–3mm coarse particles form an efficient drainage system. Rainwater can drain rapidly through particle gaps instead of accumulating on the surface, keeping the playground dry at all times.
What sizes and thickness options do you provide?
We have two standard sizes: 500×500mm and 1000×1000mm. Available thickness ranges from 20mm to 50mm. 20–30mm is suitable for low-height play facilities, while 40–50mm is recommended for slides and swing areas to achieve better fall protection.
