Global leading provider of premium rubber flooring solutions TODOFLOORING, has launched a brand-new optimized container loading process, designed to maximize space utilization and guarantee product integrity during worldwide transportation.
This breakthrough was demonstrated this week at the company’s primary export hub, where a 20-foot high-cube container was loaded with over 24 metric tons of rubber flooring products. By integrating precision palletization, vertical stacking, and weather-resistant packaging, the new process achieves unprecedented logistics efficiency.
On-site photos capturing the loading procedure showcase the company’s technical expertise. High-density rubber flooring rolls are stacked on heat-treated wooden pallets, then secured with reinforced strapping and moisture-proof shrink wrap. Beneath the rolls, palletized sheet flooring panels form a stable base. This dual-layer system not only makes full use of vertical space but also distributes weight evenly, minimizing the risk of cargo shifting during ocean transit.
Prior to loading, TODOFLOORING’s quality assurance team conducts thorough pre-shipment inspections to ensure only qualified products are packaged and dispatched.
The enhanced logistics capabilities come at a critical juncture for the rubber flooring industry, as demand surges amid robust growth in fitness centers, educational institutions, and industrial workspaces. TODOFLOORING reports a 22% year-on-year increase in international orders, attributing this growth to its consistently fast delivery times and reliable product quality.
Beyond operational improvements, TODOFLOORING has invested in sustainable packaging materials, now using 100% recyclable stretch wrap and export-compliant standard pallets. This initiative aligns with the company’s commitment to reducing its environmental footprint across all operations.
