Do I need a pro to install it?
Yes. You will need a professional installer. The roll must be glued down fully with a special floor adhesive. Getting a smooth, seamless finish requires good subfloor prep and skill.
How do I clean it day to day?
Use a vacuum or a slightly damp mop every day. Wipe up any spills right away to stop moisture from getting in. Only use cleaners that are made for rubber floors.
Will it smell bad?
No. Some floors have a strong chemical smell, but ours is very low odor because we use quality materials. After installation, any faint smell will go away within a few days with good airflow. It is not harmful.
Can I get custom sizes, colors, logos, or packaging?
Yes. We can adjust dimensions, colors, add a logo on the surface, and change the packaging. The MOQ will depend on what exactly you need.
Why does the size change a little between summer and winter?
Rubber grows slightly when hot and shrinks when cold. That is just how the material behaves. In summer the rolls may be a bit larger; in winter a bit smaller. Good installers leave small expansion gaps around the edges to handle this naturally.
