Our Connector Tile offers a new approach to rubber flooring for contemporary gym environments. Installation requires no adhesive—square connectors are used to firmly lock each tile together. This makes the system ideal for most gym spaces, supporting easy DIY assembly, layout changes, and disassembly when needed.
The tiles are manufactured from recycled rubber and EPDM, with the EPDM proportion varying according to the chosen colour pattern. As an upgraded version of laminated rubber flooring, they retain a two-layer construction: a durable wear-resistant top layer bonded to a rubber granule base. The distinctive waffle-shaped back improves shock absorption, while raised humps on the surface help keep equipment wiring neatly concealed beneath the tiles.
To complete your flooring setup, we offer an optional Edge & Corner System. This accessory creates a clean, raised transition between the tiled area and the adjacent floor, delivering both a safe edge and a polished look.

Very simple, typically DIY-friendly. Quick assembly without glue. No professional installation is required.
How to clean and maintain?
Vacuum or wipe with a damp cloth regularly. Sweat marks can be removed using a diluted neutral pH cleaner. Avoid strong acids or alkalis.
Do these rubber tiles smell?
Unlike some flooring materials with strong odors, our rubber tiles are manufactured from high-quality materials and have a very low smell. Any slight odor will dissipate significantly after a few days of ventilation following installation and is not harmful.
Can you customize sizes, colors, logos, or packaging?
Yes, we support customization of dimensions, colors, surface logos, and packaging. The MOQ will be determined based on your specific requirements.
Why might the dimensions of rubber tiles vary slightly between summer and winter?
Rubber naturally expands and contracts with temperature changes. Tiles may expand a bit in hot summer weather and contract during cold winter months. This is a normal characteristic, and it is accommodated by leaving proper expansion gaps during installation.
