How should I clean and care for the tiles?
Regularly use a vacuum or wipe them down with a damp cloth. Sweat stains can be cleaned using a mild neutral pH cleaner. Stay away from strong acids or alkalis.
Do these rubber tiles have a smell?
Unlike some flooring products that emit strong odors, our rubber tiles are made from high-quality materials and have very little smell. Any slight odor will mostly go away after a few days of airing out following installation, and it poses no health risk.
Is it possible to customize the size, color, logo, or packaging?
Yes, we offer customization for dimensions, colors, surface logos, and packaging. The minimum order quantity will be determined based on your specific needs.
Why do rubber tile sizes change a little between summer and winter?
Rubber naturally expands in heat and shrinks in cold. The tiles may get slightly larger in hot summer weather and smaller in cold winter conditions. This is a normal behavior of the material, and it's handled by leaving proper expansion gaps during installation.
