Is the installation process simple? Does it call for a professional?
It's relatively simple. Glue is usually required. For a permanent setup or in commercial gym environments, professional installation is advised.
What's the cleaning and maintenance routine?
Use a vacuum or a damp cloth on a regular basis. Sweat marks can be removed with a diluted neutral pH cleaner. Do not use strong acids or alkalis.
Do these rubber tiles produce any smell?
Unlike certain flooring materials that have strong odors, our rubber tiles are manufactured with premium materials and feature a very low level of smell. Any minor odor will fade noticeably after a few days of ventilation post-installation and is not harmful.
Is it possible to customize dimensions, colors, logos, or packaging?
Yes, we can customize sizes, colors, surface logos, and packaging. The MOQ will be worked out based on your specific requirements.
Why do rubber tile dimensions vary a bit between summer and winter?
The rubber material naturally expands and contracts as temperatures change. Tiles may expand a bit in hot summer weather and contract in cold winter weather. This is a normal characteristic of rubber, and it's addressed by leaving appropriate expansion gaps during installation.
