Each roll is individually wrapped in a clear plastic film to prevent the surfaces from sticking together during storage and transport.
Each pallet is packaged with protective corners, plastic wrap, a wooden top board, and tape, and is clearly labeled with the product name, specifications, and quantity.
What is the best way to install the mat?
For a single mat: Simply place it on a clean, level, and dry floor. Its heavy weight provides natural stability. For large roll-out areas or to prevent creeping, you can use double-sided carpet tape or a non-slip underlayment around the edges. We do not recommend permanent adhesives, as they make removal or cleaning underneath difficult.
Is there a smell? Will it fade or crack outdoors?
New rubber mats may have a mild, natural rubber odor that dissipates quickly in a well-ventilated area (usually within a few days to a week). Our mats are made from high-quality, UV-stabilized rubber that is resistant to cracking and fading under normal outdoor conditions, making them suitable for covered patios, garage entrances, and loading docks.
Can I cut the mat to fit a specific area?
Yes. The rubber material can be easily trimmed to size with a sharp utility knife, box cutter, or heavy-duty scissors for a custom fit around corners, posts, or equipment.
