Recently, our factory has completed full pre-loading quality inspection for a batch of stud rubber anti-slip mats destined for overseas customers. As a core step of our quality control system, this full inspection covers dimensional accuracy and surface appearance of every mat, aiming to eliminate defective goods before container loading and deliver consistent, qualified products to global buyers.
The whole inspection work is carried out by a dedicated QC team following unified standards. The first key inspection item is dimension control, including length, width and thickness. Inspectors use precise measuring tools to sample and test mats randomly from each production lot. For length and width, all mats must stay within the tolerance range agreed with clients; any mat with oversize or undersize will be marked separately and reprocessed. Thickness check is equally critical: uneven thickness will affect the anti-slip performance and flat laying effect of the mat. Staff measure multiple points on each mat surface to confirm uniform thickness, rejecting products with partial thinning or bulges.
After dimensional testing, the team moves on to comprehensive surface inspection focused on the stud anti-slip texture. Every mat is checked thoroughly to confirm the raised stud patterns are complete, evenly distributed and free of missing or deformed studs. Meanwhile, inspectors screen surface defects such as rubber cracks, bubbles, color difference, dirt marks and edge burrs. Any mat with surface flaws will be picked out.

We adhere to the rule that “unqualified goods are forbidden to be loaded”. All mats failing dimension or surface inspection will not enter the packaging and loading process. After passing all test items, qualified mats are packed neatly and ready for container shipment.
