1. Ensuring the correct density of rubber tiles is crucial for their performance, safety, and longevity.
The density of the rubber tiles we make is around 850-900kg/m3, which is suitable for the commerical fitness gyms using.
2. The miminze size and weight tolerance, our quality control worker will test the goods when an order finished.
• Size tolerance: +/- 5mm
• Thickness tolerance: +/- 1mm
• Weight tolerance: +/- 1%
3. A clean and smooth surface. When the rubber tiles are cooled, our workers will trim the flash.
4. The solid package can protect the goods well from damaged during the long time transportation.
Every edge of the pallet will be covered with the card board, then use packing belt to fasten it, and when we load the goods in to container, the air-bag will be put in the middle of the two pallets to make sure the solid package.
