When relying entirely on external suppliers, it is difficult to maintain full control over batch consistency and impurity levels. With its own rubber raw material processing workshop, TODOFLOORING sorts, cuts, shreds, cleans, and screens incoming scrap tires to produce ELT rubber granules that meet production requirements, which are then used in rubber floor tile manufacturing.
Through in-house processing, we are able to:

• Precisely control granule size, purity, and moisture content for consistent batch quality;
• Reduce intermediate links, shorten the supply chain, and improve delivery efficiency;
