TODOFLOORING is a factory specializing in rubber floor tile production. We have always operated our own rubber raw material processing workshop, where we process ELT into rubber granules in-house. By taking control at the raw material stage, we manage quality from the very source.
The performance of rubber floor tiles depends largely on the particle size, cleanliness, and consistency of the rubber granules. When relying entirely on external suppliers, it is difficult to maintain full control over batch consistency and impurity levels. With its own rubber raw material processing workshop, TODOFLOORING sorts, cuts, shreds, cleans, and screens incoming scrap tires to produce ELT rubber granules that meet production requirements, which are then used in rubber floor tile manufacturing.
Through in-house processing, we are able to:
• Screen raw materials at the receiving stage and prevent substandard materials from entering the production line;
• Precisely control granule size, purity, and moisture content for consistent batch quality;
• Reduce intermediate links, shorten the supply chain, and improve delivery efficiency;
• Apply stricter environmental and quality control, reducing uncertainty in production.
"Quality is not created by inspection—it is built from the source," said the workshop manager at TODOFLOORING. Processing ELT rubber granules in-house not only improves product consistency but also gives us greater confidence in our quality commitment to customers.
As a rubber floor tile manufacturer, TODOFLOORING will continue to improve its raw material processing and quality control systems, providing reliable support for its rubber floor tile products with consistently high-quality granules.
