TODOFLOORING is pleased to introduce a new, optimized packaging and loading solution for our rubber roll products, designed to significantly reduce logistical costs for our clients while enhancing environmental sustainability.
Traditionally, shipping rubber rolls on pallets often leads to considerable wasted space within shipping containers. To address this inefficiency and pass tangible savings on to our customers, we have developed a secure, pallet-free delivery method.
Our enhanced process involves several key steps to ensure product integrity:
- Each rubber roll is carefully wound around a sturdy cardboard core.
- The roll is then robustly protected with layered cardboard and a tight wrap of PP film.
- A final product label is applied for clear identification.
For container loading, we employ a “staggered pinwheel” pattern that nests the rolls together with maximum density. This space-optimized approach allows us to increase loading capacity by approximately 45% compared to standard palletized methods. The result is a dramatic reduction in per-unit shipping costs.
While we highly recommend this new efficient method for its economic and ecological benefits, we fully respect and accommodate individual client preferences. We continue to offer traditional palletized packaging upon request. Our philosophy is and always will be that the customer’s operational needs come first.
