How to clean and maintain?
Regular sweeping or hosing down with water is enough. Tough marks can be removed with a gentle cleaner and a soft brush.
Do these rubber tiles smell?
Unlike some flooring products that have strong odors, our rubber tiles are made from premium materials and emit a very faint smell. Any minor odor will largely fade away after a few days of airing out following installation and is not hazardous.
Why do tile dimensions vary slightly between summer and winter?
This is a natural result of thermal expansion and contraction due to temperature fluctuations. Rubber tiles may slightly enlarge in hot summer conditions and shrink during cold winter months. This is perfectly normal — simply leave adequate spacing for expansion when installing.
