How should I clean and care for the tiles?
Just vacuum regularly or wipe with a damp cloth. Sweat stains can be cleaned with a mild, neutral-pH cleaner. Avoid strong acids or strong alkalis.
Do these rubber tiles have a smell?
Unlike some flooring products that give off strong odors, our tiles are made with quality materials and have very little smell. If there is any slight odor after installation, it will mostly disappear after a few days of airing out and is completely safe.
Can I customize the size, color, logo, or packaging?
Yes. We offer customization for size, color, surface logo, and packaging. The minimum order quantity will depend on your specific needs.
Why do rubber tile sizes change slightly between summer and winter?
This is because rubber naturally expands in heat and shrinks in cold. The tiles may get a little bigger in hot summer and a little smaller in cold winter. This is completely normal, and it's taken care of by leaving proper gaps during installation.
